Who We Are
Lighthouse Care is a Care Management Agency (CMA) licensed by the CBC, serving individuals and families across New York City, Westchester, and Long Island.

We help people manage care and overall well-being. Our role is to help you understand what’s happening, organize next steps, and be a steady place to turn when things feel overwhelming.
At the heart of our work is a simple belief:
You deserve thoughtful, organized, and genuinely empathetic care.
What Is Different About Us

Lighthouse Care was founded after seeing gaps in how care management was being delivered. We saw:
  • People having to repeat their story
  • Follow-up that was delayed or unclear
  • Individuals feeling like case numbers instead of people
  • Complex coordination across multiple systems
It became clear that people weren’t only managing health and life challenges, but also the stress of navigating services.
We believe people seeking support should experience timely action, warm and genuine care, and above all, professional, respectful engagement.
What Matters to Us in How We Work
